When should I plan to arrive?
If you are from Victoria, you can either check-in on Saturday or Sunday morning. We wanted to leave it open so that you could spend most of Saturday with your family and then take Sunday for yourself. If you check-in with us on Saturday, you can still go back to your partner or family or make your own dinner plans for Saturday night.

If you are not from Victoria, we were thinking that you could travel on Friday (or Saturday) with lots of extra time during the weekend to enjoy the city. Victoria's downtown has some excellent restaurants to enjoy and a stroll, spa treatment or activity on Saturday would set the stage nicely for Sunday's every WOMAN - Day of Activity.

What should I wear?
Casual activewear. We will set you up with an every WOMAN discount at the New Balance Concept Store in Vancouver and Victoria if you would like to buy something in advance.

How many people in each workshop?
Between 6 and 40.
