Inspiring Women through Physical Activity

You know how you feel when you go for a walk along the beach, a ski or mountain bike ride, or take a yoga or dance class with a friend? After that exertion of physical activity, you feel alive and excited and changed and renewed, like you can take on the world, become a better person, and face your day-to-day challenges with greater ease. Join your friend for a delicious cup of coffee or tea, (or fine wine), after that activity and you will likely feel like you can solve the world's problems together.

This is what every WOMAN is about. We want you to feel uninhibited to try new activities, to challenge yourself and to be supported by the women around you. The every WOMAN weekend or day of activity represents a reminder to utilize physical activity to motivate you and to help you to think more clearly, to adopt a healthy lifestyle and to take care of your body, to reconnect with ourselves and our friends, to learn something from someone new or different, to keep challenging yourself and to examine what it is we want out of life, and by golly, to have fun!
