How much does it cost?
$129 plus tax (Regular)

Where should I stay?
Ocean Promenade Hotel - $99 Special Rate for every WOMAN participants. Come relax, enjoy your day of activity, join us for dinner,and spend the night! The hotel is along the ocean and only a short 5 min. drive to the South Surrey Rec Centre.

When should I plan to arrive?
You can either check-in on Friday between 4pm and 6pm or Saturday morning starting at 6:30am. It is nice to get your package in advance (on Friday) so that you know what to expect, however, if you need to check-in on Saturday, it is no problem, just make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before your first workshop. Make sure to allow extra time to park your car or bicycle.

Where should I park?
Parking is free, adjacent to the South Surrey Rec Centre.

What should I wear?
Casual active wear. We will set you up with an every WOMAN discount at Peninsula Runners in White Rock if you would like to buy something in advance.  Bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one.

How many people in each workshop?
Between 6 and 40.
