Where should I stay?
Ocean Promenade Hotel - $99 per for every WOMAN participants. Come relax, join us for dinner and spend the night!

When should I plan to arrive?
You can either check-in on Friday between 4pm and 6pm or Saturday morning starting at 6:30am. It is nice to get your package in advance (on Friday) so that you know what to expect, however, if you need to check-in on Saturday, it is no problem, just make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before your first workshop. Make sure to allow extra time to park your car or bicycle.

Where should I park?
There is a parking lot which is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Proceed East along Marine drive, two blocks from The Ocean Promenade Hotel; look for the large public beach parking lot on the southside of Marine Drive. $5 per day. Underground parking is available at the hotel for guests only.

What should I wear?
Casual active wear. We will set you up with an every WOMAN discount at Peninsula Runners in White Rock if you would like to buy something in advance.

How many people in each workshop?
Between 6 and 40.
