Try Something New
every WOMAN is a conference offering an opportunity for women (all ages, shapes, sizes) to try new activities in a comfortable and supportive environment all in one day or all in one weekend. The 7th annual every WOMAN - Whistler (May) will feature over 50 fitness-oriented and wellness workshops, while every WOMAN: A Day of Activity, currently offered in Vancouver, Victoria, Powell River (and expanding) provides a taste of the three-day gala experience at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler in a one-day format. The Whistler event is intended to take participants out of their day-to-day life in a forum for growth and interaction. The Day of Activity is an opportunity to showcase local community workshop leaders and meant for those participants who want to come to Whistler but just can't plan 3 days away (even though they know it is worth it). All every WOMAN events are about having fun and trying new things.
Participants select (mostly) introductory workshops conducted on the hour for 45 minutes in duration, including various styles of Yoga, Zumba, Nordic Walking, Nia, Hip Hop, Pilates, Nutrition, Bellyfit, Belly Dancing, Salsafit, Laughter Yoga, Personal Goal Setting and much more. New(!) workshops include Hip Hop Yoga, Synchonized Swimming, Diving, Cardio Striptease, The Couch Potato Workout, Posture Improvement and Modern Dance. Workshop options vary according to event location.

to celebrate and learn from each other's unique differences by
providing a healthy, comfortable and non-judgmental setting for women
to share their expertise with other women and inspire
participants
toward individual growth, reflection, support & motivation.
The mission of the every WOMAN Conference is to to use physical fitness to empower 'every woman' to achieve her goals and fulfill her dreams.
